What is common in youth of every city now?

They all really want to be self dependent in any way out ,for some it is a way to prove their families, friends that they are worth earning in thousands along with their college studies, for some it might be financial crisis.

Solution : And most of the people end up with one solution and that is “NIGHT SHIFT JOB”. And for these youngster’s there are industries like BPO, KPO who are there to recruit all of these college-going girls and boys easily.

bpo jobs

And soon this casual job becomes a priority cause of the salary and incentive they provide. A major point which I see is, there are a lot many engineering students doing a call center job where there mind get stucked in doing a same kind of work for as long as a year.

There is when the creativity of an engineer fades away where as he is supposed to learn about new inventions, machines each day.

But Behind the easy money for the undergraduates there are some medical facts they really ought to know :

  • One of the worst things you can do to disrupt your body clock is engage in regular night shift work. (research says)
  • Working the Night Shift May Increase Your Diabetes Risk Nearly 60 Percent
  • Working the night shift increases women’s risk of type 2 diabetes.
  • Reduced ability to fight cancer.
  • Blood pressure instability.
  • Night shift makes metabolism go haywire.

Well, until last few years this was just the problem with the metropolitian youngsters from mumbai to delhi.

But now, with the growth of outsourcing in India even in developing cities like udaipur we now have some fifties of BPO,KPO companies with their efficient undergraduate worker’s, though somewhere it’s a good source for employment for the the youth but then I want all of them to be aware of the consequences they could face and the steps what they should take.

But when if a NIGHT SHIFT JOB is a need for someone, then more he need is ” TIME MANAGEMENT”.

A Healthy Sleep Routine is Essential for All, also one should never prefer over-time in a night shift job , that will just make you more exhausted. If it is no way possible for one to avoid his/her night shift timings, one can somewhat challenge the health effects by keeping a schedule. By being consistent your body’s clock will eventually adjust to your sleep/wake cycle, and this is LESS damaging than if you constantly change shifts and accept your body clock to adjust.

At the end I’d like to say to my friends that their age is not to earn but to learn.

Loafers In fashion for Mens

Loafer's In Trend

Loafer’s shoes give your feet comfort for a whole day’s work, and exude style that takes you into the realm of formal.

Loafers began their journey in Norway. Norwegian farmers wore these low cut shoes to protect their feet while feeding cows in ‘cattle loafing areas’. Esquire magazine’s photograph of Norwegian farmers led the design department of the Spaulding family towards this shoe. Spaulding’s chose the name ‘Loafer’ for the casual, flat slip-ons.

In 1934, boot maker GH Bass introduced the modern day incarnations of men’s loafers. From Norway to the rest of Europe and from there to the US, and then on becoming a global phenomenon, it has been a long a journey for this casual style.

Bass called his loafers ‘Weejuns’ and added the modern design of a strip across the vamp with a diamond cut.

Shoe stylists soon began to use the cut out for embellishments, especially pennies. That’s the story of penny loafers!

Though brown is the most popular hue for this casual shoe, you can buy men’s loafers online in tan, black, green and even red. Surf through our online shop to pick colors that are classic, classy as well as contemporary.

The Dialysis – to Purify the Things

Since aeons, theatre has always been a strong medium of entertaining people while confronting them with reality. And reality can sometimes leave you amidst a cyclone of thoughts. One such burning truth was raised in the play “Court Martial” which was beautifully written by Swadesh Deepak and executed by a team of young and talented artists under the able direction of Shivraj Sonwal. Occasion was of World Theatre Day and the stage was of Sukhadia Rangmanch at Town Hall. With a very noble cause of ailing a very senior theatre artist Mr. Rizwan Zahir Usman, who is suffering from a severe kidney disease, this play was dedicated to him who had been a source of inspiration for many.

The play takes you to an army court where a case has been presented for trial. Accused is Jawan Ramchandar who has been accused of killing one officer and grievously hurting the other. The court is presided by Colonel Sooraj Singh, a brave army personnel who has confronted death many a times in battle field. The trial at the court puts him in a confusing situation where he has to decide between moral judgment and legal judgment. At the end, despite of getting death sentence, the accused wins over the victim.

The play forces us to put a question on the society in which we live; a society that proudly tags itself as ‘modern’. But a bitter truth is that some narrow-minded people form a part of it or rather I should say the most respected part of this society. These so-called ‘High Class People’ forcefully take away the pride and esteem of people merely on the basis of caste. Yes, crimes were committed, are committed and will continue to be committed by them against low caste people and against the whole society and humanity when tried at a larger scale. And the ‘point to be noted’ is that this prevails even in The Indian Army which does not hold any system of reservation at any of its ranks and positions. Sounds shocking but true!!
