The summer schedule at Maharana Pratap Airport Dabok will start from 29 March to 24 October 2020.
As per the new schedule, the Udaipur-Hyderabad flight will stop operating from 29th March onwards. Besides, the Spice Jet flight to Udaipur-Mumbai will also be stopped.
The summer schedule of Udaipur Airport will have 19 flights from Udaipur to the eight major cities of the country. It is to be noted that no new flight has been extended in this schedule.
On the contrary, the only flight connecting Udaipur-Hyderabad, one SpiceJet flight to Mumbai have been stopped. Flight to Chennai was stopped earlier.
This has weakened the connectivity of Mewar region with the southern part of India. The only flight connecting Udaipur to a south city is the Udaipur – Bangalore flight.
As per the Winter Schedule, there are currently 21 flights to 9 cities.
The Summer Schedule at Dabok Airport will have:
- 7 flights to Delhi
- 5 to Bombay (Mumbai)
- 2 to Jaipur
- 1 to Bangalore, Bhopal, Surat, Ahmedabad and Aurangabad each
Air India’s flight service from Udaipur to Aurangabad which started from October 16, 2019, will continue in the Summer Schedule as well. Since there is no other direct connectivity between the two cities, this flight has made it convenient to travel between the cities.

This is very disappointing .udaipur being oneself tourist map must have more flights n better connectivity.
Causes too much of inconvenience. Udaipur Varanasi flight too cancelled. Smart city needs better transports. Please rethink
