First, in the series, Mr. Yogesh Andlay, Co-Founder of IT giants Nucleus and Polaris visited NJR i³ on 28th March.  Yogesh , after graduating from IIT, Delhi, formed the company Nucleus with his two friends Arun Jain and Vishnu Dusad (on the lines of  3 idiots film) in 1984 when IT industry was just finding its feet in India. Starting with Citibank as their first client, the trio started Polaris in 1994. Presently He runs an Incubator for Start-Ups in Noida.

He shared his experiences with young enthusiastic students and mentors and answered many question including the BIG question every student has in their mind – I have a great idea but how do I convert this into a Start-Up ?
