After the country resumed its various public transport services though, in a phased manner, Rajasthan Chief Minister, Ashok Gehlot has instructed the people travelling to the state to follow the Security Health Protocol for the safety of all and to keep a check on the spread of novel coronavirus in the state.
He has appealed to all the people arriving in the state either by air, rail or road, to register on the e-Mitra portal on www.emitraapp.rajasthan.gov.in and fill the required information on the Migrant Registration Service section.

For those staying in the state for a few days, the rRT-PCR test will be mandatory. They will have to get this test done before coming here or as soon as they arrive in the state. These people will have to be in quarantine until they are reported negative for the test.
Everyone travelling to the state will have to strictly follow the home quarantine protocol. In the case of lack of home quarantine facility, the state government will provide institutional quarantine facility at village-level.
In addition to this, registration and quarantine facility will also be available at the border check-posts for people entering the state by road.
The list of passengers arriving by air, bus and train will be sent to the concerned district administration so that effective monitoring of passengers can be made. The CM has instructed to monitor the people coming from outside through IT-based system and ensure strict quarantine.
People travelling from other countries need to be in self-paid institutional quarantine for the first 7 days and home quarantine for the next 7 days.
Home quarantine has to be practised strictly by all the people arriving in the state failing to which the government can move them to institutional quarantine and take the necessary action against them.
